In 2021, the company increased its capital to SAR 10 million and obtained a license from the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) to operate as a Financing Support Services Company. Subsequently, Marsoom transitioned into a Closed Joint Stock Company, reflecting its institutional maturity and business expansion.
By 2025, the company’s capital reached SAR 25 million, demonstrating sustained growth and strong financial performance. Today, Marsoom employs more than 450 qualified professionals supporting its expanding operations and diversified service portfolio.
